Both the patient’s scan and that of the radiographic guide are then digitized and overlayed to allow for prosthetically-driven digital surgical planning with a software like NobelClinician.Pre-surgical digital planning allows for identification, marking, and avoidance of important anatomic structures and the implants are virtually placed in the position best for the desired future prosthesis. Based on this digital surgical plan, a surgical guide is made to ensure precise, minimally-invasive implant surgery with the implants predictably placed in their exact desired position. Another powerful aspect of the NobelGuide workflow is it allows the dental lab to pre-fabricate implant-supported provisionals, ready for you to insert immediately following guided surgery placement of the implants.
