The First and Only Bondable Zirconia Veneer

 P: (516) 466-1722

The Zeneer is the first zirconia veneer of its kind. This procedure is only offered at dentists Jurim Dental Studio, making the Jurim Dental Group even more superior.
The Zeneer consists of an incredibly thin (0.2 mm) inner core of sintered zirconia that is milled in-house using CAD/CAM technology onto which compatible, lifelike feldspathic porcelain is built. This process, making the procedure, can allocate the fabrication of customized final restoration whose high strength is paralleled only by its superior esthetics.
This action is one that is very special; it’s the first of its kind. The Zeneer is the first and only bondable Zirconia Veneer known, making the benefits that much greater for the patients:
• Lifelike look: The Zeneer has a very natural appearance, due to the custom build-up of feldspathic porcelain on top of its zirconia core.
• Highest marginal integrity: Since the Zeneer’s zirconia core is fabricated using CAD/CAM technology, it has the most precise margins of any veneer restoration currently available.
• Strongest Veneer: The Zeneer eliminates failures due to unsupported porcelain with the presence of the supporting zirconia core.
• No need to alter traditional veneer preparation: A tooth is prepared for a Zeneer in the same exact fashion as a traditional porcelain veneer. If you would like tooth preparation guidelines for all ceramic restorations, we can certainly provide you with information on the matter. We also offer many continuing education hands-on courses on tooth preparation.

The newest alternative for provisionalization… Jurim CADtemps!

www.JurimDental.com
P: (516) 466-1722
What are CADtemps?
  • CADtemps are Jurim Dental Studio’s proprietary lab-processed temporaries made from high-strength PMMA using CAD/CAM technology

  • CADtemps allow for an entirely digital workflow, cutting down lab cost and time
    • Send us a digital impression or conventional impression, and using our specialized software, we can create a virtual wax-up from which we can then mill a set of aesthetic and durable CADtemps for you.
How long does it take to get CADtemps?
Jurim CADtemps can be made in as little as 2 days in-lab turnaround time.

Can I preview my CADtemps before they are fabricated?
With our advanced digital design department, we can email you a 3D model, just like Invisalign®’s Clincheck, to review the proposed CADtemp restorations. This powerful communication tool eliminates the question as to what your lab will be sending you for your patient. You can review, propose changes, approve, and even share the CADtemp design with your patient to increase case acceptance and excitement!

Why are digitally designed temporaries, like Jurim CADtemps, so revolutionary?
CADtemps streamline communication between patient, dentist, and laboratory because the digital file used in their design can be reviewed and approved by all parties before they are fabricated. Additionally, the CADtemps design file is saved so if everyone is pleased with them they can be exactly copied when fabricating the final restorations, ensuring total case success.

Why are CADtemps stronger than office made temps?
CADtemps are made from lab-processed, medical grade PMMA which is much stronger and durable than chairside temporary materials allowing for worry-free, long-term provisionalization. Our materials allow for CADtemps to have a flexural strength similar to Empress porcelain, about 140 MPa (megapascals), which is incredibly tough and resistant to the stresses associated with long term provisionalization.

Do I need a digital impression for CADtemps?
For those who prefer the traditional workflow of impressions and fabrication of a diagnostic wax-up, the CADtemps design process can perfectly copy the approved diagnostic wax-up
  • All you need to send us to fabricate a set of CADtemps is either:
    • i. diagnostic PVS impressions
    • ii. diagnostic models
    • iii. diagnostic waxup
What types of CADtemps can I order?
CADtemps can be made for virtually any type of restorative plan. Whether it’s a highly demanding aesthetic veneer smile makeover or quadrant dentistry involving crowns, CADtemps provide strength and beauty for all situations. CADtemps are also ideal for implant cases, as their digital design file can be used to fabricate BOTH long-term temporaries and prosthetically driven surgical guides.

How do I bond in CADtemps?
CADtemps are designed to be relined intraorally with either a dual-cure provisional material (such as Luxatemp, Protemp, or Tuftemp), acrylic, or flowable composite. You prepare CADtemps for relining by roughening the internal surface with acrylic burs or air-particle abrasion. Once relined, CADtemps can be inserted with conventional temporary cements or adhesive resin cements for stronger long-term results.

Where are CADtemps made?
As a member of the Ethical Dental Laboratory Alliance of America, Jurim Dental Studio certifies that all work is completed onsite in our laboratory located right outside of New York City using nothing but the finest quality, FDA approved materials. This holds true with our CADtemps, all of which are designed and milled in-house in our state-of-the art facility using the finest materials.

How can CADtemps ensure my final case is a homerun?
CADtemps can be fabricated before a patient is prepared using virtual cutback CAD technology, such that your delivered CADtemps can be used as a reduction index to help to determine if you have sufficiently prepared teeth to receive the desired final restorations. Additionally, the CADtemps design file is saved so if you and the patient are pleased with them they can be exactly copied when fabricating the final restorations, ensuring streamlined total case success.

How can CADtemps benefit my practice?
CADtemps increase your productivity by cutting down chair time devoted to fabrication and repair of provisional restorations traditionally made chairside.
